Houston WEN Luncheon to Focus on Cyber Threats
The WEN is hosting a luncheon on Feb. 21 in Houston that will feature a presentation by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent Angela Haun on the topic of cyber threats. Haun will share the current trends in cyber threats, best practices for mitigation and information-sharing oppoortunities. The presentation will also provide a better understanding of the FBI's national cyber efforts and law enforcement engagement.
“Approximately $1 trillion is expected to be spent globally on cybersecurity from 2017 to 2021. It’s definitely top-of-mind for executives around the world," said Deanna Young, managing director for Opportune LLP who also serves as a board member for the WEN.
