Kwan Chow is a Director in Opportune’s Midstream Practice. Kwan is a senior IT professional with over 25 years of experience delivering enterprise applications, including more than 20 years focused on energy software for the oil and gas industry. He has led large-scale software implementations and played a key role in solution architecture, sales strategy, product development, and client engagement—particularly in the midstream transportation space. Throughout his career, he has successfully aligned complex technical solutions with evolving business needs, driven value through strategic initiatives, and built strong relationships across client and industry networks. Known for his ability to bridge business and technology, he has been a trusted advisor to organizations navigating digital transformation in the energy sector. He is also passionate about mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering results that support long-term growth and innovation.
Kwan holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
