Today EnCap Flatrock has more than $3 billion in total assets under management. The firm’s impressive portfolio of companies includes Nuevo Midstream LLC (“Nuevo”), which was formed in April 2011 by EnCap Flatrock and the senior management team at Torch Energy Advisors Inc. Nuevo owns and operates midstream infrastructure assets in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and in southeastern New Mexico, with specific emphasis on the Bone Springs and Wolfcamp formations and the Avalon Shale trend.
