A&D Strategies and Opportunities Conference

Event Date: October 3

Location: The Statler Dallas in Dallas, TX

EVENT DETAILS

Opportune is a proud sponsor of the Hart Energy A&D Strategies and Opportunities Conference!

Our very own Denna Arias will be speaking on the "Sighting the Target, Pulling the Trigger" panel as well as Daniel Rojo, Co-Managing Director of Opportune Partners LLC, who will be speaking on the "Roundtable: What Price Permian?" panel.

The A&D Strategies and Opportunities Conference focuses on oil and gas dealmakers, bringing together C-suite decision makers, deal advisory firms, private equity fund managers, and every other player from legal to landman. The conference features private and public companies exploring the latest macro trends in A&D. Prominent deal makers emerge as their transactions are announced throughout the year. This year has seen a heavy concentration of deals in the Eagle Ford Shale, the Permian Basin, and midstream (pipeline) deals. Along with the typical M&A, the industry has experienced an uptick in joint venture activity.

Hart Energy’s A&D conference is its oldest and most prestigious event, attracting the most notable dealmakers of the shale era. Those basin players are now moving into a post-boom consolidation period, balancing the need for shareholder returns with the need to find additional, drillable inventory.
