Opportune LLP Provides Vital Energy With A Comprehensive Suite Of Services As They Expand Their Permian Footprint Through Three Transactions Valued At $1.165B

Opportune LLP, a leading global advisory firm, is providing Vital Energy, Inc. with a comprehensive suite of services in conjunction with their recently announced acquisition of three privately held oil and gas companies collectively valued at $1.165 billion. Opportune will continue to assist Vital Energy until the transaction’s completion by providing technical accounting support, valuation services, and preparation of the pro forma financial statements.

In addition to a core role with Vital Energy, Opportune extended its support by providing a range of services to the acquired oil and gas companies. Opportune assisted the acquirees with their annual and quarterly financial statements, audit support, valuation services, technical accounting support, and preparation of supplemental oil and gas disclosures. Opportune’s services streamlined each company’s external audit process, allowing Vital Energy to meet their desired timeline for executing the purchase and sale agreements.
